We started off as two people who loved a good flat white, then, like all people in their early thirties, discovered the coffee hobby and so the story goes.

We’ve had so much fun researching, learning & roasting our own coffee. The process hasn’t been smooth sailing, trust us, there’s some shots we’ve pulled that tasted like straight up battery acid!

However, we’ve found our flow and we can’t wait to hear what you all think of our coffee, and we hope that il solito becomes your usual cup too. Or, bassa tensione, if you’re a decaf kinda person.
